Getting around
- Mercado de Surquillo No. 1, just off Av. Angamos Este, has full ceviche lunches for a handful of soles. Go between noon and 2 pm when the stalls are freshest.
- The Metropolitano BRT card costs a few soles to buy at any station kiosk. It is the fastest and safest corridor from downtown Lima to Miraflores or Barranco, no taxi negotiation needed.
